FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We look at the hours over the year. With the essential package, you have 24 hours to use over the year. Some months you may use 4 hours and the next month none at all, and that’s OK!

We respond to all requests the same day to let you know when it will be complete.
Small requests are usually within a day, but larger requests may take a few days. Either way, we will keep you in the loop with constant communication and deliver regular updates along the way.

No problem. When you send us your urgent email, please put ‘URGENT’ in the subject line. Or better yet, pick up the phone. We’d love to hear from you anyway! We will do anything possible to help you through your current situation.

You will receive a report from us each month detailing the updates we made. We will also make suggestions for improving the effectiveness of your site and provide an analytics report.
