We are thrilled to announce the launch of our annual pro bono client campaign. We are looking for a nonprofit organization in both Arizona and Tennessee to support with 12 months of our website maintenace service. Giving back to our community is one of our core values and we firmly believe in using our expertise to make a positive impact on the community. We invite non-profit organizations to apply and are looking forward to partnering with two deserving organizations that are making a difference in the community.
What Is the Pro Bono Project?
Our nonprofit pro bono project is just one way we serve our community by helping nonprofits with their website. Our goal is to solve problems and improve functionality so that they can support their missions more easily and efficiently.

What’s Included?
Our newest pro bono clients will receive 12 months of Hammersmith Support maintenance which includes:
- Site backups and live staging copy maintained
- Security scans and malware prevention
- Site optimization
- Full site test each month
- Submission to Google Search Console
- 24 hours of development to get your website spruced up and add additional features
- Accessibility tool added that allows users to change the view to accommodate disabilities
These services are valued at approximately $4,500.
Additional Service from Bugle
We are excited that our friends at Bugle are donating 12 months of Bugle Premium (volunteer management software) this year as well. Bugle Premium helps organize volunteering events, track volunteer hours via participant check-ins, and share the impact post-event. Their Premium Package includes unlimited event and volunteer tracking, unlimited mass texts, CRM data transfer via Zapier, and unlimited admin accounts(licenses).
Who is Eligible?
Any charitable organization in Arizona or Tennessee that is an approved 501(c)(3) and has an existing WordPress website is eligible to be our pro bono client.
