The wait is over! Our newest pro bono nonprofit clients have been chosen for 2024, and we can’t wait to introduce you to them.
Since 2019, we have chosen one to two nonprofits to provide our website maintenance services for free for one year. For many organizations, we can make significant and lasting changes to their website and their organization over a year. It is always our goal to make the nonprofit’s website run smoothly and create changes that support the organization and its mission. We accomplish this by providing our monthly website maintenance services that include content hours that can be used for many different improvements.
A Stepping Stone Foundation, Arizona
Stepping Stone Foundation’s mission statement is the perfect way to explain what this fantastic nonprofit does for the communities throughout Arizona:
“We create stepping stones of success for underprivileged families through comprehensive family literacy programs. Through preschool with parent education and home visiting, we provide a firm foundation for future learning. Through scholarships and internships, we acknowledge and enrich the life-long continuum of learning. Through regular community meetings with those who share our vision and mission, we promote awareness of the need for such services and a forum to work together.”
Stepping Stone Foundation works serves the entire Phoenix area and has served more than 1,800 families since 1989!
Martha O’Brian Center, Tennessee
This Martha O’Bryan Center is built on a foundation of Christian faith and empowers children, youth, and adults in poverty to transform their lives through work, education, employment, and fellowship. Founded in 1894, The Martha O’Bryan Center is an anti-poverty nonprofit organization with a longstanding history and deep community roots.
They serve over 15,000 children, youth, and adults every year from every residential zip code in Nashville.
What They Can Look Forward To
Over the course of the year, these nonprofits will benefit from our maintenance package which includes the following:
- Site backups and live staging copy maintained
- Security scans and malware prevention
- Site optimization
- Full site test each month
- Submission to Google Search Console
- 24 hours of development to get their site spruced up—content updates, update images, wording, service packages, About Us pages, add or update donation forms, etc. This time can also be used to add additional features to their site!

This year’s clients will also receive 12 months of Bugle Premium (volunteer management software) from our friends at Bugle. Bugle Premium helps organize volunteering events, track volunteer hours via participant check-ins, and share the impact post-event. Their Premium Package includes unlimited event and volunteer tracking, unlimited mass texts, CRM data transfer via Zapier, and unlimited admin accounts (licenses).
